Talk about a full-court press. This would be ridiculous if it weren't so insidious.

Barry can't deal w/ a little Patriotic dissent?!?

Smear merchants in the White House.

"Rightwing extremism in the United States can be broadly divided into those groups, movements, and adherents that are primarily hate-oriented (based on hatred of particular religious, racial or ethnic groups), and those that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority"

Wow. They just declared the likes of Thomas Jefferson a rightwing extremist...

I asked this question on another thread. Are the democrats against obama’s agenda also terrorists who are planning demonstrations?

http://www.anewwayforward.org/demonstrations/

12 million unemployed. Foreclosures up 81%. Wall Street has taken over. We must break up the banks and never again let them get so big that they distort our politics and take down the economy.

What the government and media are doing is no different than the bully in the schoolyard trying to taunt you into a fight. Like the bully in the schoolyard they will continue to call you names and push you around until you lose your temper. Hopefully the incidents that the government and media are trying to create with their taunting will not materialize. What worrys me though is that the bully may give his self a bloody nose then run and tell the teacher you did it.

Just replace “rightwing extremists” with “scientists”, and you’d have a neat plot for a TV miniseries. Oh, wait...

>and those that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority,

Like, say the 10th Amendment to the US Constitution... or perhaps the 9th?

>or rejecting government authority entirely.

Something like reading our federal and state constitutions, which are written in plain English and insisting that the pertinent governments play by _those_ rules?

>It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration.

Or, say, “support and defend the Constitution of the United States,” hm?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oath_of_enlistment

>”Over the past five years, various rightwing extremists, including militias and white supremacists, have adopted the immigration issue as a call to action, rallying point, and recruiting tool.”

How odd, my state defines its militia as “consist[ing] of all able-bodied male citizens between the ages of eighteen and forty-five, except such as are exempt by laws of the United States or of this state.” I don’t se how the recuiting base could reasonably be larger... unless you’re in favor of drafring the women, too.

>DHS/I&A assesses that rightwing extremists will attempt to recruit and radicalize returning veterans in order to exploit their skills and knowledge derived from military training and combat. These skills and knowledge have the potential to boost the capabilities of extremists— including lone wolves or small terrorist cells —to carry out violence. The willingness of a small percentage of military personnel to join extremist groups during the 1990s because they were disgruntled, disillusioned, or suffering from the psychological effects of war is being replicated today.

Oh, now this is just fun! Why shouldn’t veterans want to employ their skills against a regime of tryanny should it arise? Why shouldn’t military veterans be “disgruntled, disillusioned” when their jobs are turned into political fodder and they are defamed by the very politicians doing so? Why should they hold their peace while vast differences in law-applicability/requirements seperate them and their ‘leader’? {The last time I was up for a promotion packet I had to produce all the documentation supporting every awward/medal I recived, every course of military/school training, PT scores... and this guy can’t be bothered to produce his BIRTH CERTIFICATE and PASSPORTS!? WTF!?}

Yeah, and what about that the Congress’s members can fail to pay the very taxes their laws have put in place to little effect?

Laying the ground work for the criminalization of disagreement.

Let us expose their argument in the open, so that its faults can be fully seen. However they dress it, it is basically thus:

1) We progressives want to help people.

2) Disagreeing with what we progressives do is hateful.

3) Promoting such disagreement is hate-speech.

4) Hate-speech is dangerous and could foster violence.

5) We must use the power of government to stop people from expressing disagreement.

6) However, some haters might communicate subtly.

7) Thus, we should watch those kind closely, to make sure they are not disagreeing with us.

Michelle has done our work for us, apparently it IS legit.

However, she (and no one else I could find)...does not explain how a government report containing reference to an April 4th event could have been published and distributed on April 7th, just 3 days later. Also, no mention about the host site,logicsix.com.

Ewwwww, I think Obama and henchmen have made a really bad mistake. This is going to come back and bite them hard.

Think about it...what do you think our returning vets and current active duty is going to think about this? hmmmmm

Nothing more galvanizing than targeting half of the country as criminals. Stupid fools.....meanwhile the real terrorists are very patient and waiting....hell, they may be sitting in the White House.

Just damn...

Anti-Semitic extremists attribute these losses to a deliberate conspiracy conducted by a cabal of Jewish “financial elites.”

The "left-wing", yea, even those who act as apologists for endless violence against innocent Israelis year after year after year...even they have the nerve to associate anti-semitism with being "right wing".

Michael Savage was right about this one: "Liberalism is a mental disorder" (meaning the new left wing, not classical liberalism).
