PHOTO CAPTION: "A second al-Qaeda terror cell is believed to be planning carnage in the UK."
SNIPPET: "Senior security sources last night revealed they are hunting extremists aiming to bomb a location such as a nightclub or shopping centre.
They believe the cell will target London rather than the North- West, where 11 men were arrested on Wednesday, as the capital holds more "international significance"."
Evidence gleaned from the arrests was revealed to Cobra, Whitehall's emergency committee of intelligence chiefs and ministers.

The UK is something to be concerned about. Very concerned IMO.
If they break the cell will they first call their countries to be sure they wont be tortured before they deport them?

“POLICE HUNT 40-MAN AL-QAIDA TERROR CELL”
13th April 2009 By Gary Nicks
SNIPPET: “A SECOND group of al-Qaida fanatics is planning a deadly terror attack in Britain.
Security chiefs revealed the shocking information days after arresting 12 terrorist suspects in north-west England.
And intelligence staff are working round the clock to track down the group, which is thought to contain up to 40 extremists, mainly from Pakistan.
They say a strike could come at any time and could even happen before the end of the Easter break.
Bomb
Soft targets would include football grounds, shopping malls or tourist attractions to ensure maximum casualties.
But MI5 officers believe the latest wave of terrorists is plotting an atrocity in London, not the North-West”
SNIPPET: “Meanwhile, the Real IRA has re-opened the chilling possibility of a second front in the war against terror.
It issued an Easter message yesterday warning it would restart attacks on mainland Britain when it is opportune.
The group which murdered British soldiers Mark Quinsey, 23, and Patrick Azimkar, 21, outside the Massereene Army base in Northern Ireland last month said it aimed to wreck the Ulster ceasefire by hitting targets in London.”
