I am very happy the Captain was recovered with no loss of US life. I don’t care who takes credit for it because we know the job was done by Navy Seals, regardless of whom says they are do the credit.

I would expect that at the end of the day Obama did nothing more or less than listen to the advice of the Joint Chiefs and the commanders on the scene. If that is, in fact, what happened then it's one of the few positive signs about the administration so far. Hopefully he'll keep listening to them.

When things go right for the man, I think it's wrong to be belittling him. He clearly gave whatever orders were given that resulted in this good result. He deserves credit for it.

As I wrote in my original post: I don’t think Obama will take credit for this but his sycophants in the media will do that job for the president.

But who cares?

We won.

And as it would be for any American President, Obama's poll numbers will go up as a result of this short decisive (and easy) victory.

As for me, I love to see America win, not matter who is president.
