This week will mark a turning point in our efforts to save America from Dear Leader. Real Americans and the nitwits that voted for socialism are opening their 401K statements and getting ready to send Obama his money. This combination plus some ongoing issues will change the terms of debate. Freepers have known since day one that we need to fight to regain America's soul, now others will come to the battle.

I don't remember when things started going bad for Carter.
If I had to pick the moment for GWB it would have to be when he threw his support for amnesty in the mix

Folks, this chapter is rather relevant.
2 Chron 26 - just read verse 16 on.
Basically, a young king, who initially loved the Lord, became very powerful, and subsequently became very arrogant.
And, instead of staying within his sphere of power, the State, he decided that he would engage in activities outside of his allowed sphere of power, and get involved in Church activities. God struck him down with leprosy. He was confined, and his son took over his reign.

Polls like this mean nothing to liberals. They know the sheeple need someone like Obama to think for them.

New poll shows Obama is losing big... The control freak in the White House isn't going like this.
It's music to my ears.

Only 52% of Democrats don't think someone who is morally opposed to abortions shouldn't be forced to participate in one to keep his job? That's not encouraging--they really are the party for which abortion is the most important issue. (Hillary recently said it was the number one foreign policy issue for the US.)
When the Obama people are so far outside the mainstream of public opinion, their usual technique is to try to accomplish things secretly without the public being aware of what is going on (like with the provisions in the stimulus bill that no one was allowed to read before Congress voted on it).

This is supreme arrogance on the part of the Obama Administration. Even pro-choice advocates (except the most radical) are very uncomfortable with forcing people to do something which is against their conscience. It is a basic matter of respect.
