2. Who paid for it.
exactly, i bet it aint cheap and a freeloader like Obama never pays for anything.

Also, how did the pizza cook get there? Was it a private flight? A commerical flight? First class or tourist? And how did he get through "the search"i.e.,Skeptical scanner, "You say this suitcase is filled with what and that you're flying to the white house to make a pizza for who??"
