Actually the comparision is quite close. Reagen was Augustus, conqueror, statesman, reunited a republic savaged by civil war.

Bush the elder is Vespasian. Finished the conquests of his predecessor, but unable to step out of his shadows. A man ruled by conspiracies.

Clinton was Caligula. Ruthless and ruled by his passions without any care for the state he ruled.

Bush the younger is Claudius. A holdover of a prior administration brought to power as a result the incompetence of his predecessor. Somewhat over his head he kept the empire together, but was unable to arrest the rot within.

And that brings us to Obama is the Nero. An emperor who wants to be an actor. He is surrounded by sycophants who only tell him how wonderful he is. He destroys any who dare even the most tame criticism. He has lost all connection to reality. And with outrageous taxes and brutal oppression he will bring about a rebellion that will plunge the empire into civil war.
