I just tried it & got 957,000 hits (for images alone). When I used “obama bowing Saudi king” (without the quotes) I got 63,700 hits for images.

I repeated your experiment, same results, except images #12 and #13 were indeed 0 bowing to Faud when I did an image search.
It may not be such a common search phrase, yet.

Yes. “obama bowing saudi “brings up plenty of hits on Dogpile. Although Dogpile searches several different search engines, including Google, I never go to Google. Only Dogpile.
