No name released. TATP, or ANFO, since it says chemicals? Most of the other chemical compounds require protective gear and respirators to manufacture.
Parkview Avenue is right by the Schenley Park bridge. Alot of college kids rent subdivided row houses there. It could be a student. This is crazy; I grew up in S. Oakland; and have family in Stanton Heights. The world (here) is insane today.

Just supposition on my part, but there are alot of college students who rent apartments on Parkview, Dawson, and all of S. Oakland. Alot of old row and single family houses have been divided up there. So it could be.
It all started when police pulled a car over and searched it for drugs.
Inside they found what looked like a bomb.
The bomb squad disrupted the device which was apparently homemade out of a road flare.

On the Stanton Heights thread I posted my ‘take’ on the friends. I think they just wanted face time on TV. Honest. They are both really odd; their proclamations were just weird. Something isn’t right with those two.
