Just a thought, instead of spending all this money on these worthless ballot measures. Why dont they use this money to help out the unemployed teachers.

ah we had a parents teachers meeting with the superintendent

question time comes and everyone is sucking up to teachers, even questions about how to raise more tax on certain things

well I get to ask and here is what I said

“My wife is in the teachers union(actually just left because of this but never told them that) and said seeing as we are reducing the budget for all schools in the county couldn’t the teacher union pay towards some of the things which are being asked by the schools, like computers, chairs etc. I mean they donated millions to get their people elected”

The superintendent and all the teachers nearly fainted and then he says”well I don’t think they could do that”

I replied “well could you look into it as they seem to have a lot of money to throw on elections”

Loads of parents then came up after asking me about this and they never knew until now how the teachers union worked

yes I had a smile on my face knowing their tax hike and the union was exposed

Well, I’m definitely voting against them now that I know the Communist Teachers Association is supporting them.

good work, cups! It takes nerve to stand up to a roomful of crazy libs, you are a soldier in the building culture war.

Freepers: if you haven’t done something like this, you’ll never know how ALONE you can feel by simply speaking out.

thanks for the good words

It’s weird that I never was into politics, I was one of those who watch just sport never cared etc but then I had kids , my youngest is 6 and the oldest is 11, daughter is 7.

I started to get more into it and I have always been close to the kids and their schooling.

I was nervous but felt that I had to say something and I am so happy I did.

The left have had a lone voice for far too long and I find myself more and more speaking out.
What is great is that there are others like your good self out there with the same views nearly and it keeps me going

it was very rewarding and even more so to actually have parents come up after and ask me about how the unions were spending money on the election etc.

I must have had an effect as the county teachers asked for parents to go to Tallahassee to demonstrate, they paid for 3 buss es.

in the end only two left and one of those was half full.

It just shows that when we speak up we can have an effect and now is out time to have that voice , to oppose the radical left and their agenda
