“Revoking the regulation is the first step in removing a doctor of his or her rights to make a decision based on conscience and as a result placing that decision in the hands of the government. This issue will not only effect faith-based institutions, but could cause a dire situation for the entire medical profession.”

I am honestly puzzled about something. Who is pushing for the repeal of the conscience clause? Abortion is a cash cow for Planned Parenthood. Why in the world would they want abortions available in every hospital? Who is behind this?
Yes, that is what he will do. He has absolutely no respect for the consciences of normal people. He will do nothing to anger the fang-toothed feminazis.

On a cool and rainy afternoon last week, Arlington Bishop Paul S. Loverde visited Virginia’s Democratic Sens. James Webb and Mark Warner to demonstrate Catholic opposition to the Freedom of Choice Act (FOCA) and any similar legislation. . . .
They brought 189,000 postcards that were the result of participation in a nationwide campaign by the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) to prevent the passage of FOCA. The local effort was coordinated by the diocesan Respect Life Office. The two senators received approximately 63,000 cards each while U.S. Reps. Gerald Connolly, Jim Moran, Frank Wolf, Bob Goodlatte, Eric Cantor and Rob Wittman will split the remaining 63,000.
The bishops state that FOCA goes far beyond even Roe v. Wade in allowing and promoting abortion, and would lead to the elimination of informed consent laws, partial birth-abortion bans, abortion clinic regulations and conscience protection laws.
Wouldn't it be ironic if rather than St. Peter, all the aborted babies were at the Pearly Gates, deciding who enters and who doesn't.
They all are, to one degree or another. And certainly the most culpable are the Supremes who made up this ruling with absolutely no legal or Constitutional precedent!

The simple answer is that the people within Planned Parenthood aren’t motivated by greed, they truly BELIEVE that what they are doing is a noble and virtuous cause. Too them, abortions are a sacrament. Whatever increases the number of abortions is a good thing.
Think about it, the only rational explanation for the self contradictory behaviors of the left is that supernatural evil exists and that there are people who have sworn an allegiance to it.
For example, NOW gives Islam a pass on the abuse of women because Islam and NOW are both on the same team. People who call lies truth and call truth lies all serve a common master.

You need to read up on Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood.
Money is NOT the motive; eugenics is the motive.
