Conversation with Bruce: "Bruce, thanks for holding signs protesting against cuts in troop funding. With Obama as President, it has never been more appropriate."

Mr Trooprally and me

OUR 4TH ANNIVERSARY IS THIS FRIDAY! That means the MOAB Slogan Contest has reached A. Chris Shendow. What Chris Shendow has to do with the slogan contest and how it reached him - I don't know. But I was told it reached him and I'm happy to report. The unveiling of the new banner should take place this Friday - weather permitting. Stayed tuned to find out who won the contest.

Several troops came out to visit with us for awhile and they thanked us. But as usual we returned the thanks 10-fold for serving our country.

Mr Trooprally and I briefly paid Bruce Wolfe down at the Faux Soldier Vigil. We felt that in view of Obama's recent proposal to have veterans private health insurance pay for their service related injuries, the lefty's posters calling for veterans' benefits were more appropriate than ever.

Rain kicked in around 8:30pm. At least the temp wasn't too bad making it easier to bear.

Honor Roll:
PleaDeal; Cindy-True-Supporter; [Mr and Mrs] Trooprally; Fraxinus; Lurker Bill; RonGKirby; BufordP; Sensei Ern and his friend Sanja

Come join us every Friday night between the hours of 6:30pm to approx 9:30pm.

Is Chris Shendow related to tgslTakoma? Does he live in Takoma Park? Is he a Freeper?

I’m thoroughly confused.

Thank you for your patriotism and congrats on your four year anniversary. The DC chapter makes me proud! You all are true patriots!

I have a request. At one point, I saw a list of “do’s and don’ts” for protest participants. I think it was posted for those participating in the Walter Reed counter-protests. I don’t know if that list is posted somewhere on FR or not. Do you know what I am talking about and where it could be found?

I am involved in helping to organize the California Central Valley Tea Party for April 15th and a few people are expressing concern that in our passion and anger, “we” may get out of control. I doubt that is going to happen. It has been my experience that conservatives, even angry conservatives, are quite able to control their behavior. But, I’d like to be able to post on the CVTP message board the DC Chapter’s list for a safe/peaceful protest, if I can find it.

If you can help, thanks in advance.

Rules for protesting

I've been known to following all of these rules - just not all at once. I think I was able to accomplish about 75% of them all at once a time or two.

Thank you so much! I don’t expect there to be any problems at our Tea Party, but you never know. These are good, general rules to follow.

You guys and gals are doing a wonderful job back there! You have my undying respect and appreciation for all the hours you have put into supporting our military and counter protesting those disgusting Code Pink anti-American malcontents.

God bless you all!
