You can bet everything you have two of, that this board will be union-pandering, Obama-bowing, slobbering leftists.
It will be fun watching them turn out unmarketable golf carts.

Who wants to bet Obama puts a bunch of “green” activists and union thugs on the board of GM.

Economic fascism, actually. Government control of the means of production.

Government Motors isn’t going to accept competition for very long. Ford and Toyota need to watch their backs.

The Obama administration will do no such thing.Unless the Obama administration are GM shareholders.
Shape the board? you got the shares , then you gots the vote.
I would rather China buy the better pieces of GM than see GM 's board shaped by a bunch of South Chicago Unionist thugs.

Perks for campaign donors. Once they sit on GM’s board, how many other boards will they be invited to join by fearful corporations? And, nice pay for 4-6 meetings a year. Then, once he controls the board, he can start putting more buddies into upper management.

How does Ford compete with a Government run and subsidized competitor? If the consumers move to Ford products Obama will use the Government's purchasing power to give GM preferred status. The only way out of this is for GM to say no thanks to future payouts and enter bankruptcy. Otherwise the auto industry is doomed to be completely owned and operated by the Government and Union thugs.

Time for a shareholders’ derivative suit, once the board is seated.

The Kenyan Clown is destroying our economic system, our social fabric, and our military.
At least maybe some of the Congress will begin to realize just how dangerous he is, and put the brakes on the Kenyan Clown's mad dive into marxism.

Too late for a boycott. If GM sales are below Ford's, Obama will simply give GM preference in Government contracts. Sort of “level the field”.
