Read The Closing of the American Mind by Alan Bloom. He was onto this in 1987. It was the logic of our Founding Fathers (John Locke and Classical Philosophy) that was the paradigm of this country UNTIL the post modern German philosophy was brought over to the US from the continent of Europe around 1910. That philosophy led to Hitler’s Germany, Mussolini’s Italy, and Lenin’s Russia and socialism in Europe. We are just a few decades behind them because of the strong Christian ethic and rationality and Republicanism that was endemic to this nation.
This Marx, Freud, Weber, Nietzsche, etc., paradigm was put into the curriculum of America. It threw out logic...put instead irrational thinking (Freud) and kicked out God (ha ha, that concept is irrational—some irrationality is not acceptable). They were atheist, Marxists, egalitarianist, multiculturalist, and tolerant to all lifestyles no matter how destructive and damaging to children. What was the most evil to these atheists was discrimination. You could not say one culture was better than another—which, of course, is a lie.
PC cr*p is a way to destroy logic in the schools among young children. Leftists (communists) are not logical. They can not reason. Their feelings are their guides. What they feel is right must be right...there are no absolutes. Moral relativism has become the paradigm. There is NO objective truth. There is no God, so the END justifies the means. Leftist/marxists can never debate—they just name call—homophobe, racist, bigot to shut down all debate because they know they can not win with the truth. They deny the Truth and their ideas cannot hold up against facts.
Natural law means nothing to them. They accept all perversions as good although they are deadly or terribly destructive. They denigrate especially Christians and Jews because of the absolutes in the Bible, which lead to healthy relationships and families and make them feel guilty and dirty.
The Judeo Christian ethic was infused in Western Civilization to form the greatest country in the history of the world. We should not let the Marxist lies destroy the greatest human experiment ever on the earth. You need to get your children out of the public schools or attack the curriculum in those schools. Not all religious schools are safe from the philosophy because it has been so pervasive for over 60 years and no text books are completely free from it.
The lefts agendas will inextricable lead to only one outcome, servitude to the state. Unfortunately for the metrosexual collage professors and assorted leftwing academics who fundamentally believe they will lead the revolution for “social justice”. History records that such intellectuals are but a means to an end, used and quickly dispatched and discarded.
