the pills don’t naturally enlarge what is already there like this does. But to whatever company and add length and girth via stem cells or a pill will have the frist TRILLION dollar drug/procedure.

This is the free market at work. There is a lot bigger market for breast enhancement than for many life-saving surgeries.
As silly as that may sound to you, the medical procedures developed here will soon find their way into other types of treatments. And the development costs will be paid by willing volunteers, not by tax money.
