Is this:

A. Conyers striking while the iron is hot;

B. A case of the BHO regime tossing Conservatives a bone to keep us from paying attention to all the other crooked things they're trying to pull;

C. Ka-ching there goes another $8 million dollars; or

D. All of the above?

Here's a provision which Conyers, BHO, et al will be able to point to as an example of Big Brother government creating jobs, and at the GS-18 Level to boot:

(f) Compensation- (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2), each member of the Commission shall receive compensation at the daily equivalent of the annual rate of basic pay payable for GS-18 of the General Schedule under section 5332 of title 5, United States Code, for each day, including travel time, during which he or she is engaged in the actual performance of duties vested in the Commission.

How to start a civil race war, in a hundred days or less...

These people won't be happy until this country explodes from the inside out.

Well,
The Civil War remains the most brutal war America ever fought.
I think that the “bill” has been paid in full.

Ever watch the movie, “Gangs of New York”??

The Irish men who got off those boats were forced, at gunpoint, to put on a blue uniform, and then they were put on trains heading South.

Where do the Irish go, for THEIR “reparations”??

Obie should have included that idea in his bailout. Give a bunch of money to these reparations seekers and it would circulate through the economy very quickly. Might not do the recipients any long term good, but it would get one more bitch of theirs off the table for good, and that would be worth more than most of what Obie and company are spending other peoples money for.
