Roberts lies? And when has Dingy Harry ever let the truth pass his lips? Reid is possibly the most consistent liar in Congress.

Did he accuse Roberts of perjury from the Senate floor or outside where there is no Congressional immunity?

When I think about Bambi getting SCOTUS picks, I get depressed more than when I think about him flying around in Air Force One.
But if he replaces Ginsburg and Stevens?
How much more liberal can you get?
And then I cheer up a little bit...

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said Friday that Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. lied to Congress during his confirmation hearings by pretending to be open-minded about his judicial philosophy. Whatever Roberts might have said cannot be nearly as much of a lie as when Reid swears to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States.

I think Reid is drunk most of the time. Hopefully, Nevada will send him packing in 2010.

According to some, Roberts did twice deliver the Oath of Office of the Presidency to a man that was not constitutionally qualified to be president.

Dot one: 0bama and cohorts pay visit to Roberts prior to swearing in.
Dot two: Dr. Orly Taitz hands off full dossier to Justice Roberts in public forum
Dot three: Serious review begins to take place
Dot four: Reid begins to discredit Chief Justice as having lied to congress.
And so the attack on the Supreme Court begins. Discredit the SCOTUS and anything or anyone can be tried by the mob in Congress. Add to that the web being abuzz about the possible 'bill of attainder" last week...

Consider the source. The vile hatefilled rant against Justice Thomas is simply Reid being Reid. This is simply more of the same.
A lying, dishonest poor excuse for a human being.

If Reid is “convinced” in his own convoluted mind that Roberts lied, then he will move to impeach him.
Only need 2/3’s (66) for a Senate removal. Now at 59. Add Franken Specter, Snowe, Collins, Lugar, Martinez, Murkowski, Bennett and he’s toast.

"Senator Reid has compiled quite a catalog of mean and irrational statements about various people," Mr. Thompson said.Great line by Thompson. It bears repeating over and over again. Feel free to insert the name of any current Dem leadership.
Worth using on a bumper sticker, too.
