Critic says patient consent unneeded in stimulus plan
The head of the Institute for Health Freedom says now is the time for American residents to rise up if they want to keep control over their health records, because the data soon will be for sale and is forecast to become the next "gold rush."
WND has reported several times on similar issues, including when parents in Minnesota recently sued the state to prevent the collection of their infants' DNA without permission to use it for research.

I am thinking about a certain administration that had FBI files on many people. Now, politics is going to have a field day with peoples medical records. I am sure that the king and his minions would be exempt.
May be we can get a look at OBAMBIS medical file? LOL yeah, right.
WND isnt the most credible source of things, but I wouldnt be suprised if this is true. Can you say extortion? Its illegal to sell these records. Guess not anymore under Obama.
This was in the first Bill that they past and nobody read. You know the one that once the king signed it that the economy was going to turn around?
Oh Hannity tonight, it was explained that this will destroy private health care and that in the Stimulus it also says that our private health care information, that we pay for ourselves, will be in the govt. data base and that they will be able to have a say so in what treatment you get even though we pay for it ourselves. Totally unacceptable.
Gingrich was on Greta and said that we are under assault by a dictator. Soros & company are now attacking moderate Democrats for standing up for the people and the Constitution. It’s time for us to refuse to accept this power grab or we will live enslaved and our children, grandchildren too. It’s going from bad to worse real fast.
Im really thinking now they DO read these bills and know exactly what they are doing. It is a nasty place we are in right now in this country.
This is just the beginning. I think people are so mad that they are ready to react to the first shot fired. It’s only going to get worse.
