Liberal Democrats, see what a British politician thinks about Obama's economic plan and Universal Healthcare. Daniel Hannan's speech to parliament was video taped and went viral on the internet. In less than 48 hours, the video had over 900,000 views(well over a million now). Feel free to download this video and upload to the video site of your choice. Pass it around to your friends and family. America needs to see this. Leave your "rational" comments and rate this video.

I think Bobby Jindal is as close to Hannan as possible.....so far.
The European Parliament has to do with the European Union.
The British Parliament is just for the Brits.
The European Union is akin to the United States...however, they are a group of countries that have formed a not so perfect union.
There aren’t any borders, and that might explain why they are having such problems with “immigrants” over there.
Agreed...this guy is one of “ours”, and he’s awesome!
A real breath of fresh air from the other side of the pond.
Bobby Jindal...and Sarah Palin...so far.
I hope these folks start coming out of the woodwork!
Did they go with the European Parliament when they went with the Euor and European Union? I have NEVER heard of Europena Parliament before this.

I caught the last couple or three minutes of the Hannity segment with Hannan, and he seemed to be saying that their health care system is a horrible mistake.
Is there a disconnect here?
Yes. The European Union is set up much the same as the US is, except it’s a group of countries, instead of states.
IMO, initially they tried this arrangement hoping to rival the US, but have failed miserably.
And on Hannity’s radio show yesterday, Hannan said he supported Obama in our last election
Hannity had him on both his radio program and on TV later. In my opinion, the radio appearance was more in-depth.
Hannan said that if you take one thing away from this radio interview, it was NOT to nationalize health care. He repeated himself twice on this point. His warning on nationalization of health care did not come across as forcefully on TV.
Palin convention speech, Santelli rant and now Hannan smack down. Points up huge void in Republican leadership. People hungry, yearning for (begging for) leadership.
Who will step up?
Now I really don’t understand mason-dixon’s comment above here.
mason-dixon?
Do we have a conservative who can give a speech like that?
Mark Levin maybe. Or Mark Steyn.
He was very adamant about that. He said that patients who could be saved by certain drugs are routinely refused.
I want to hear his guests' opinions too, not just him all of the time. Ann Coulter almost took Hannity's head off during the Great American Panel when he interrupted her. Hannity needs to grow up a bit. He's making conservatives look like fools with his silly antics. He's bright and accomplished, and... full of himself. Please, Hannity, polish the silver a bit...
What’s going on next week?
A great inspiring speech that reminds one of the common sense of many conserv speakers like Reagan, Buckley, Rusher, Crane from a generation ago. With facts and plain speaking, this speech reduces liberal pontifications to pure balderdash and LIES.
States rebel against Washington
~snip~
Yet the state sovereignty movement is by no means frivolous and could have significant political firepower. The medical marijuana case in California, for instance, showed that Washington can be forced to scale back its ambitions in the face of populist sentiment. And although Pitts hails from Abbeville, the place where the South's first secession votes were cast, he insists that today's efforts to check federal power aren't limited to regional pockets or even political affiliation. "The mainstream media would portray some of us as rednecks, whether we're from Pennsylvania, Oregon, or South Carolina," says Pitts. "But this is a wake-up call. And if Washington doesn't heed that wake-up call, revolution is on the horizon."~snip~
BTW, the YouTube clip has had roughly 200,000 hits since early this morning. AND, for those of you who would rather I stay on point with 10th Amendment articles and issues, please advise.
FGS, you aren’t tied to the 10th amendment issue. It’s not tattooed on your arm (or is it?) or written in the sky.
Thanks for the ping. Great link.
Well, I acknowledge a bit of self constraint unlike our federal leaders cum masters when trying to stick to an issue. IMHO, THE SPEECH is just too good to miss. And anyway, the 10th is tattooed on my forehead ;^)
An American electorate devolved power - now we too have a devalued nation, dollar, and prez.
