Something tells me that Palin has no reason to lie about this matter. It’s pretty clear that no one on the campaign staff was particularly supportive - not even someone who was willing to fake it.

I could find that I wanted to hold hands with and pray Cuz the womyn were being catty and the men were afraid of her husband.

"We all talked this A.M.," said one former Palin aide in an e-mail. "This set off a nerve for sure with a lot of people." "It's yet another example of the few staff still loyal to Palin questioning their loyalty and ardent defense of her over the several months since the campaign," said the aide, who was granted anonymity to speak candidly about campaign colleagues.
BS, another hit piece on the Gov.
Those former staffers she liked know who they are and, obviously, you are not one of them.
You and your backstabbing RINO amigos' days are numbered. Now, get back on your knees, and keep kissing your dummie master's ring.

Their loyalty and defense of her? Riiiight. How in the heck did we miss that? All I remember is the staff with the knives out, and the good Senator, silent as a church mouse.

but nobody I could find that I wanted to hold hands with and prayReally, can anybody imagine any of the McCain folks 'takin' a knee', and I did the right thing and voted for him, but I wouldn't expect prayer to be in any of their repertoires. I do miss Sarah, though. Shine on Sarah!

Sorry guys but I have not heard 1 of them act with any loyalty at all. No I don't consider Nicolle Wallace covering her own rear end with a canned defense of rumors she started to be loyal support. They can all get lost.

>>Good grief. More sour grapes from the anonymous “staffers”.<<
That part does suck.
>>Palin told the story in a speech to a GOP dinner in Alaska last Friday.
“So I’m looking around for somebody to pray with, I just need maybe a little help, maybe a little extra,” she said of the moments before the debate. “And the McCain campaign, love ‘em, you know, they’re a lot of people around me, but nobody I could find that I wanted to hold hands with and pray.” <<
But that is a pretty crappy thing for Palin to say.

I’ll give her my phone number. Next time she runs I’ll be there by her side to support and pray. I would love to spend time with a strong, confident woman from whom I could learn lots. Us conservative, Christians need to stick together.
