Nothing says "I'm a whack job" like charges you can't possibly have any evidence for. The Obama team must be desperate to have planted this guy as a double agent.

Not quite...the computer system of the Supreme Court listed the case on the docket, and then it was inexplicably removed and its existence was denied. This requires the computer system to be compromised illegally.

The first question to ask about evidence is did you witness it yourself? Second question, is it hearsay and if so, is that witness reliable / under oath? Once that is established then we can talk about the implications.
