Woman admits voter fraud By Robert Patrick ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH 03/24/2009 ST. LOUIS – An East St. Louis woman pleaded guilty to a mail fraud charge Tuesday in federal court in St. Louis and admitted submitting false voter registration cards in the lead-up to the last year's elections, federal prosecutors said. Deidra Humphrey, 44, worked for the Missouri Progressive Vote Coalition and submitted false and fraudulent voter registration cards for voters in St. Louis city and county, knowing it was illegal, the U.S. Attorney's office said.

And I just know that one of our ‘Republican’ Congress members is just minutes away from making a big issue out of this, and then after a day of grandstanding on Fox News, he’ll drift away from public view and the issue will die. And our country will die a little more, again.

DEIDRA HUMPHREY, of East St. Louis, Illinois, was indicted by a federal grand jury December 31 on two felony counts of voter registration fraud. She is expected to appear in federal court early this week.
If convicted, each count carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison and/or fines between $10,000 and $250,000.
I WONDER WHAT SHE WILL REALLY GET OUT OF THIS. A SLAP ON THE HAND?
It's an isolated and rare case, probably only around 60,000 more of them, that's all.
Okay so ACORN should be subjected to RICO laws and anyone found guilty of voter fraud should be forced to give up their citizenship.
ACORN has hundreds of fronts and affiliated groups. They are not ‘independent’ of course.
