If you have ever done MOUT (Military Operations in Urbanized Terrain) training you would realize that a whole lot of stuff can go wrong entering buildings. High casualty environment even at the best of times under optimum circumstances for the assault team.
There are SWAT and there are SWAT....
Black clothing, wicked looking black weapons and neat helmets alone do not a SWAT professional make......
Then pile on asinine ROE that are more concerned with not harming the perp — and the LEOs are put at risk.....
