Why is this a crime? Hell, this would be glamorized on ‘The View’. Nothing wrong here - this ‘mommy’ is a hero and the little girl will be a movie star soon.

Why is this a crime?Probably because the mother was practicing medicine without a license and disposal method.

How is this not legal?
They can't have it both ways.
On second thought, they have everything else both ways these days, so why not?

Could happen to anybody. Democrats don't care as long as they get a dead baby out of it.
It's a religious thing or something - Ba'al worship? Saturn? Something like that. Constantine only thought he'd gotten rid of this.

A police report, the television station noted, indicated the baby was alive at the time of the birth and was "moving his hands and breathing."
...but does not face any murder charges in connection with the death of the unborn child,
WHAT?!

Rainey was slated to be released on bond form prison when Broward County Judge John Hurley intervened to raise the bail to a higher amount making sure she would remain in jail. "I believe that what has allegedly occurred is tantamount to murder," Hurley said during the hearing, according to a Sun-Sentinel news report. "So I'm going to set a bond in that regard and consistent with my feelings."
A judge with morals! Good for him!

The mother’s crime is that she failed to take the daughter to one of Planned Parenthood’s franchises to have the murder done. Planned Parenthood can’t afford to have any competition from a cottage industry. Nope. Just not going to happen.

Our culture of death gives rise to idolatry, people thinking that they can turn back the clock, and make things just like they would like them to be. May God have mercy on her soul.
