I haven’t met too many people who’ve seen the film, but once you do, you’ll never think of Andy Griffith the same way again.

You aren’t answering the question, which one has “connected with an audience” and won election after election after election and has served multiple terms in elective office.
Which one “can’t connect with an audience” and has one measly term with no reelection?

Of course Romney couldn’t win reelection in a liberal state like Massachusetts after governing as a conservative.
But I’m sure Huckabee fit right in as governor in the state that kept returning Bill Clinton to office election after election after election...

His character in "Face..." is probably closer to the real Andy Griffith than folks would realize. Many of us think of him as the common-sense Sheriff Andy Taylor, but Griffith is a big-time Hollyweird lib who has few ties to his NC roots and only comes back to campaign for rodent moonbats.

Do you have some pathological aversion to telling the truth ? He governed like a Socialist, he was an epic failure as a Governor and he buried the MA GOP, for which it will take decades to undo the damage he and his leftist RINO buddies (including his hero, William Weld, a RINO who supported the False Messiah) did. Of course, he DID help elect his rodent Socialist successor, Black Chicagoan DeVal Patrick. I'm sure you're quite proud of that.

From the looks of the results in nearly every major race - people just didnt want to vote for anyone with an R next to their name.
And we can thank George W. Bush for that, who was already 'keeping his silence' when it came to defending his Administration from the 'Rats and the rest of the moonbats on the left.
As for the ignorant comment about Reagan being a 'lib rul' because he was Governor of California, a history lesson is in order, and it's simple enough: in the 1960's, California was a MUCH more conservative State, which is why it elected Reagan in the first place over the 'Rat machine run by Pat Brown in '66.

Romney just can’t connect with an audience.

Thanks for the entertainment, we seldom see someone making an utter fool of themselves unless they're an IZT.

Conservatives are rightfully alarmed by Michael Steele’s comments on homosexuality, gun rights, and abortion.
Let us not forget that prior to his “miraclous conversion” into a “true conservative”, (just in time for the GOP primaries) Mitt’s comments and positions on these issues were further to the left than Steele’s.
To: Inyo-Mono
I would tend to think that any replacement choice would be made with a great deal of consideration by family and close associates of Paul Harvey. If Governor Huckabee was chosen, I think people who were very close to Mr. Harvey had something to do with this.
