That has been happening to me too! If you find an answer please ping me. Thnx
Looked OK to me. I suspect you have malware in your browser.
You have too many porno cookies stored.
Delete the ones you don't use every day.
LOL
Delete all you temp files and history. See if theat helps.
You might not be too far off. LOL!
I’m able to get to the page and read with the lnk you provided.
issues
I deleted all temp files and history, closed the browser, opened new one, tried again, same thing. I usually clean out my temp files several times a day. ??
Virus and malware scans ASAP ASAP ASAP
Too many others without the problem, including me....you may have picked up a virus or trojan...please, for your own good, do scans now.
Do those scans for viruses, spyware, etc.
Thank you. I think the problem is on our LAN? Is that possible? Because I had a couple other people try the same thing (the fox article), and they had the same problem (going through Internet Explorer, which is our default). I also tried to get to it through Mozilla Firefox, and did NOT have the problem of the Dell/Google screen coming up with objectionable choices. I don’t know anything about this stuff, I suppose I should report it to the LAN Administrator, but kind of hesitate to do so... ?
Not to beat a gead horse on the virus/malware thought, but many are directed at specific browsers.
IMHO, Firefox is better and has been my browser for years. Give it a spin when you can.
“It seems that Dell has added several new Google related programs to their new machines. One of which causes a blocked advertisement to return the user to a Google/Dell search page.
The solution (provided by Jill C) is to uninstall Google AFE (older versions) via Add Remove.
Newer versions of the pre-installed Google/Dell add-ons = uninstall - Browser Address Error Redirector
Eric Osborne sends along this tip: If the above Google programs are not listed in Add Remove ...
Go to - Internet Options | Programs | Manage Add-ons | disable CBrowserHelperObject”
The solution is to use download and run the Highjack This
program and remove the Dell or the Google error redirector.
It worked fine for me. By the way, my Firefox browser didn't have the problem. This solution completely cured my IE browser of the problem.
