President Obama on Friday reiterated for the umpteenth time his determination to develop a "new relationship" with the Muslim world. On this occasion, the audience were the leaders of Saudi Arabia, Indonesia and the Philippines.
Unfortunately, it increasingly appears that, in so doing, he will be embracing the agenda of the Muslim Brotherhood - an organization dedicated to promoting the theo-political-legal program authoritative Islam calls Shariah and that has the self-described mission of "destroying Western civilization from within."
As part of Mr. Obama's "Respect Islam" campaign, he will travel to Turkey in early April. While there, he will not only pay tribute to an Islamist government that has systematically wrested every institution from the secular tradition of Kemal Ataturk and put the country squarely on the path to Islamification. He will also participate in something called the "Alliance of Civilizations."

Not quite so fast. Although I respect Frank Gaffney, I think he is wrong on the issue of Islamification of Turkey.

In the book he has some interesting comments about Turkey’s role in the world over the next 100, and it doesn’t quite look like Gaffney’s.

It's a given that it will happen here, and Obama’s background just greases the skids.
I believe it was in one of Obama’s best-sellers, that he stated he would “stand with the Muslims”.
When expectations are raised - then dashed - as they must be - tempers flare. Obama needs to walk slowly...
He never renounced Islam. He has been a muslim since birth. Islam now has their useful idiot in the West and will use him for as much as they can. Just wait and see. Should there be another attack, instead of persuing the evil doers, he will provide cover for them. This guy is a very evil man. Be alert people.
Here’s the thing, and I have said this on a few other threads when the subject has come up:
there are some large and very different expectations from Obama, from both the “moderate” and hard-line loose cannon Jihadist extremist Islamic community. He is going to be expected to GIVE them things that the harder-line Bush Administration did not give them-—they will come out of the woodwork with a little more self-confidence, and play the good cop-bad cop game with more flamboyance and assurance.CAIR is no doubt breathing easier now, even after the demise was predicted a few months ago relating to that racketeering charge successfully brought against them: they ain’t about to fold up shop so soon. I hope the combined efforts of Obama and his Muslims reaches a tipping point sooner rather than later: if Obama overreaches and allows too much, it will be THIS that will spell his doom as the American President, rather than anything relating to the economy.

I have HAD IT with this crap and passed to that numb point where survival matters less than principle.
You are no doubt correct in you assessment.
But in all frankness, I don’t believe the MSM will report it. And just like the “eligibility issue”, it will be swept out of view.
UNLESS we have another 9-11 type attack - God forbidding! That will grab everyone’s attention.
Unfortunately, that is what is usually required in our society.
The only one that can make friends with a Muslim is another Muslim. So, we will see what we will see!
