Washington, DC -- President Barack Obama has nominated his first pro-abortion judicial candidate as he named David Hamilton as his first Appeals Court nominee. Hamilton is a former Clinton nominee whom Obama has appointed to serve on the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Hamilton was initially appointed by President Clinton to a district judgeship in Indiana in 1994 even though the ABA gave him a not qualified rating.
In that position, Hamilton issued a series of rulings over seven years that prevented Indiana from implementing its informed consent law that would give women information about abortion's risks and alternatives.

I’d love to say, “And so it begins.” but it’s way too late for that.
He’s (Obama) going to systematically dismantle everything in our country until it is unrecognizable. Didn’t he tell us that was what he was going to do?
Republicans???? Hello???? Republicans??? I guess they will just give the nominees a free ride like they did with the personal staff (homeland security and many others).
Sadly, more to come folks. By nominating John McCain, the Republicans guaranteed a loss (perhaps that was the plan behind closed doors?) and handing a victory to BHO who, if he doesn’t successfully socialize the key parts of our economy, will at the very minimum set the Pro-Life work back 15 years. Abortion won in November, socialism hasn’t proven it can win yet.
John McCain was a lousy choice from the start, the Republican party needs to stop having open primaries where leftist rabble rousers can pick the worst candidate for us.
The most dangerous place for a child to be is his/her own mother's womb.
Paging Doug Kmiec. Your lord and master, the Prince of Darkness, is on the white courtesy phone.
I'll second that!
What is with the O-man and abortion? I’ve never seen anyone push it so hard. I have to wonder if he really believes in eugenics, and killing off the undesirables?
...heh heh ....fits right in with the rest of pres Zero's merry band of GAY blades....
