Why would a Jewish woman enter into a marriage that would inevitably end in a battle over which religion the children belong to? According to Islamic law, offspring of a Muslim man are Muslim. According to Jewish law, offspring of a Jewish woman are Jewish. This contradiction makes this kind of union as doomed as the union of two species.
