That's just it. It does nothing about the pretender in office today. There may not be a future POTUS one this guy and his minions are finished.
This Bill can be tacked on to lots of other Bills, as an amendment.
It might get fun.
A couple of things would have to happen for that to take place.
First, the MSM would have to actually do their job and report the story. I have a better chance of getting hit by a meteor.
Second, a fair number of the Obama Kool-Aid drinkers would have to want to see the matter pursued. I mean, we have a vocal minority of FReepers on these threads who tell us to shut up and move along.

That's what House and Senate committees are for. They root out "pesky" and "frivolous" amendments. The 'Rats and a fair number of RINOs would slash this out in a heartbeat.

The purpose of this Bill is publicity.
There is no way Obama will sign off on it.

I think a campaign should be mounted to recall Obama until he provides the citizens of the USA with valid documentation that he is eligible to be POTUS.
I mean real documentation - verified by another nation not in danger of being blackmailed by Obama or paid off in US funds.
