I think a campaign should be mounted to recall Obama until he provides the citizens of the USA with valid documentation that he is eligible to be POTUS.

I mean real documentation - verified by another nation not in danger of being blackmailed by Obama or paid off in US funds.

Campaign all you like, but there is no provision in the Constitution for the recall of the president. The mechanism for removing a president from office is impeachment.
