I'd bet not even a single one of those Civil Serpents has a Degree in math. And more than half of'em are geometrically opposed to right angles or right turns, in any case. Their strong preference is to be rulers, and they'll spin like crazy to preserve their power.

My Dad told me about this LOOooong ago.
He said in his math classes back in the 30’s / early 40’s
that he was told that Pi R square.
He said “No! No! No! Pie are ROUND! Cornbread R Square!”
