545 PEOPLE Vs 300 million

545 PEOPLE
By Charlie Reese
Politicians are the only people in the world who create problems and then campaign against them.

Have you ever wondered, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, WHY do we have deficits?

Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?

You and I don't propose a federal budget. The president does.

You and I don't have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does.

You and I don't write the tax code, Congress does.

You and I don't set fiscal policy, Congress does.

You and I don't control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does.

One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one president, and nine Supreme Court justices 545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.

I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank.

I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason. They have no legal authority. They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman, or a president to do one cotton-picking
thing. I don't care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash. The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator's responsibility todetermine how he votes.

Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless of party.

What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall. No
normal human being would have the gallof a Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits. The president can only propose a budget. He cannot force the Congress to accept it.

The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes. Who is the speaker of the House? Nancy Pelosi.
She is the leader of the majority party.

She and fellow House members, not the president, can approve any budget they want. If the president vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto if theyagree to.

It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million can not replace 545 people who stand convicted -- by present facts -- of incompetence and irresponsibility. I can't think of a single
domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people. When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.

If the tax code is unfair, it's because they want it unfair.

If the budget is in the red, it's because they want it in the red .

If the Army & Marines are in IRAQ , it's because they want them in IRAQ

If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it's because they want it that way.

There are no insoluble government problems.

Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power. Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like "the economy," "inflation," or "politics" that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do.

Those 545 people, and they alone, are responsible.

They, and they alone, have the power.

They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses.

Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees.

We should vote all of them out of office and clean up their mess!

He's right of course; but what to do?

I think it's way past time for an honest to "God" citizens revolt!

yes indeed clean out the entire bunch imperious legislators, and restore rightful rule to the people.

Then restore the rule of law, and impose term limits of 2 four year terms on anyone serving in government.

That will fix our problem of "Career Politicians" once and for all!

I fully agree, and I tell that to everybody.

300 million people in this country, give or take 25 million illegal aliens. Only roughly 100 million even bother to vote in presidential elections. And 52% of the voters in this past presidential election voted for a communist, either knowingly, or out of hopey changey feel good ignorance.

I've come to the conclusion that you can't really blame the politicians for being despots when it's the voting public who continually votes them into office.

No wonder they have this hubris attitude, they realize that they can do as they please without impunity.

Those 545 will never do what is right for this country until they fear the 300 million. The threat of lynch mobs can work wonders.

Ah... now we come to heart of the matter.

The 545 may be scum (give or take a few), but "their bosses" keep telling them they're doing fine, stay right where you are, give us more. Election after election after election...

There’s no real “change” between the parties anymore.. you vote one out and get the other, and they enact almost the same policies (where real change would change course of the nation), they want to controll people.

This is why the the left (and the useful idiots on the right) has taken over the education and communications industries. Honest, right-minded elected representatives are consistently converted by the lure of power and join to write laws that ignore reason. The public is duped. The ability to think logically using facts (i.e., truth) has been made the exception rather than the norm and those who are able to see the problem either one of the problem side or a member of the minority with integrity. Those with honor are squashed with the weight of propaganda or a corrupted judiciary.

It IS time to stand against them - else we’re back to being subjects of the state and the Founders’ American Dream is really lost.

The ultimate blame has to land at the feet of the general voting public for pinning for more government in this realm or that realm; for going into the ballot box with all the biases that result in selecting those asshats that promise to deliver the government 'goods' and legislation that we think we want or need.

We honestly have no one to blame but our collective selves for this. For those things that we want and need from our government -- and then ask/beg -- we ought to get good and hard. So far, government has delivered those things, good and hard.

To this day Germans still have Hitler’s codes on their books and only more have been added instead of removing them.

Legislators create codes by which people hope to live without having to think or use common courtesies. Common sense and high values borne out of free thinking are going out the window. This is the type of behavior which let the blind jews go to the death camps, often highly motivated so, and this is the same evil going over the land.

Codes were supposed to be limited in a time when folkes would take relief from thinking on weekends or when making children or other illnesses preventing them to act normaly or thoughtfuly, in normal times of temporary weakness. Now it’s become a religion of death and permanent acceptance of incompetence and cynicism.

There scumbags in power take advantage of the situation like a perverted hospital worker molesting a comatose or dead body.

These people and their laws are despicable. The American people ought to wake up from their pleasure pill society and “free loving” sugar coating everything nonsense. That being said, what Congress is doing in terms of abuse is nevertheless completely over the top and utterly shameful and inadmiscible.

Compassionate conservatism was borderline patronizing, but the coming ponzying and unbelievableness of abortion, pedophiliac and coma/necrophiliac attitude of these Obambi co-scumbags of Congress destroying all dignity is a shameful orgy beyond anything that even slave society of the South or what not had to offer.

Even if this country had been born and perfect like the Garden of Eden, they still would try to find “reparation” excuses for doing the inexcusable.

Have my eyes been set and born to see such grievious “happenstance”? I hope it is to for the apreciation of better days, past or future, without them in my mind ever.

Back to rule one, they control that option.

I’m sitting here as a 37 year veteran of the ‘general voting public’ trying to think if I ever wanted the govt to do anything for me in any realm under the heavens, beyond the normal, you know, get the #$%# out of my life.

hmmmm Shirley must have been something I wanted the govt to do for me. I’ll need a little more time on this one. Still loading...

You might be a member of the general voting public but it would seem that you are an exception...a statistical outlier. Congratulations on having a healthy respect for liberty and not being a dependent-on-government panzy-ass. Unfortunatley, in the numbers game, you really are alone. And stop calling me Shirley!

What are “the People” Thinking As 546 Political Pigs Destroy their Nation? "We have one president, one vice president, nine Supreme Court justices’, 435 members of the people’s House and 100 US senators. That’s 546 people responsible for forcing 310 million Americans into the proverbial soup line, where 546 political pigs hope Americans will choose global secular socialism as a lesser evil to a complete socio-economic meltdown."

I won't call you Shirley if you won't call me an outlier! There's comfort in knowing I am not alone...wish there were more who respected liberty.

I brought a gif(t) for you. It demonstrates how the general voting public functions.
