Obama Live on CNBC Business Roundtable Speech NOW - Anybody Watching?
CNBC

Posted on 03/12/2009 1:39:00 PM PDT by what's up

It was the usual bobble-headed speech where Obama was seen as addressing the room so warmly and personally, but actually is him addressing 2 teleprompter boxes. Now he is getting questions from the Business Roundtable.

The Roundtable seems to be asking just sycophantic questions.

But what got me is that Obama came on 5 minutes AFTER the market closed. Seems that he's getting the hint he needs to shut up while markets are open because he tanks them.

Honey, that’s flatout Marxism, not Robin Hood. Devastation is all that this lying poseur-in-chief will leave in his wake.

I often wonder if Time Warner has noticed that I don’t watch TV at all, since the inauguration, yet still pay for it (idiot).

I wouldn’t be surprised if 10% of conservatives have ditched the tube altogether... and that’s got to leave a ratings mark. 6 million fewer viewers.

Not all poor city planning. The Army Corps of Engineers releases additional water from Lake Lanier in Georgia for Alabama and Florida. It’s an ongoing fight between the three states. Part of the reason Florida needs it is for endangered mussels.

I avoid watching this POS at every oppurtunity. I rely then on expert analysis from selected sound bytes. Of course that will not be until Monday but, maybe Beck will talk about it tomorrow.

Love Seinfeld!!! That is a pretty good episode too boot. I can no longer turn ANY news on, radio or TV. Hell, I can barely go to my yahoo email account these days. That stupid front page with the "news" story is always right there staring at me. Dammit! I have to look and I get angry because all I see are those headlines lined up there all nice and neat and it's Obama..., Obama..., Obama..., Obama..., Palin..., Obama....

Stop the insanity! Seinfeld it is. Ahhhh, happy again.

“I am just fed up with his Circus Act and his Robin Hood Tatics....”

Not taking issue with your thoughts, but in this analogy, he is more like the Prince John (or maybe the Sheriff of Nottingham). What we need is the return of the king - Richard the Lionhearted to vanquish these thieves

In the Q & A, he was off script discussing the G20. He stated that the “wealthier nations” must prop up the emerging markets for national security reasons. Global wealth redistribution. This needs attention.....NOW!

The markets were all up early, so The Obammunist waited for them to close before beginning his latest version of The Daily Propagandist.

I did notice that he almost choked in getting the word "capitalist" out.

Glad to see him take the socialist argument directly to The NYT and let it get on the airwaves.

Now the "progressives" are arguing whether he is a socialist or a communist.

“I inherited this mess”

President Bush could easily have said the same thing about our national security apparatus after 9/11.

Just goes to show you the measure of the man.

The only thing the business community needs to remember about Obama, he is going to raise their taxes on everything from printing a piece of paper to the investors.

Regarding Obama’s Butt Boys:
First, You should NOT ridicule Our ZERO just because he may allegedly be GAY! References to Butt Boys may be taken as quite sexixt in nature.
Second, in defense of those “Butt Boys”, those reporters you are referring to have probably found that themost intelligent responses from Zero come from that specific area of Zero’s Anatomy and Not from the area we generally expect to produce normal human responses.
With that said, thank you for an excellent post:-)

I felt the same way since the Marxist was nominated re Yahoo mail headlines. Everytime my browser fires up, a love story with Barry the Dummy headline is always right there as a top story.

ZERO is a nitwit Who dislikes America and all that Our America believes and stands for! Just look at who he supported in his homeland of KENYA,his “Cousin” ODINGA, and the burning of Christian Churches there with the resultant murder of Hundreds of Innocent Christians! WHY?

A Measure of the MAN:

Any reference to MAN disqualifies the SHEBOY! Obama has never taken responsibility for anything and he never will take responsibility for anything, unless of course he sees a success of someone else, then everyone knows the story That becomes ZERO’S as long as it still looks good:-)

The Roundtable seems to be asking just sycophantic questions.

FYI: The Business Roundtable is an exclusive club for big business. It is every bit as bad as big government. John Snow, one of W's terrible Treasury Secretaries was a former leader of the Business Roundtable.
