I know what to make of it.
Soros is a lying piece of garbage who has no problem publicly opposing the very things he quietly supports.
Soros tries to play countries against each other. He has majorly screwed around in Russia. He is a supervillain straight from a James Bond plot. And the safest way to determine whether he is lying, is to watch his lips move.

Soros is the kind of man who could and would financially destroy Venezuela if he wanted to. The fact that he hasn’t tells me all I need to know. He doesn’t need to harm the country because sluggo is already doing it for him like his boy Zero is doing here.
I wouldn’t mind if Soros focussed on those horrible countries — he might do less harm domestically where he is promoting socialism.
Soros didn't make his money in order to destroy countries.
He destroys countries in order to make money.
Does he make more profit from keeping Chavez around or from trying to destroy Venezuela? Ditto for Obama and the United States.
Soros manipulation of Russian currency in the late 1990’s produced much misery there and played a big role morphing Russia from an emerging democracy and potential friend under Yeltsin to the Putin’s Soviet Union-lite.
We have a great deal in common culturally with the Russian people, and they viewed us as both worthy cold-war adversaries and future allies after the fall of the Soviet Union. We lost much good will when we failed to protect them against financial bottom feeders like Soros, and lost the rest when we criticized them for defending themselves and southern Europe against radical Islam. The Moscow theatre attacks and the Beslan school massacre were Russian equivalents of 9/11 and we kept telling them to play nice and negotiate with the terrorists responsible. A horrible missed opportunity for both the U.S. and Russia.
They all have one thing in common: oil. I expect oil to rise dramatically and/or our currency to devalue further.

Many years ago George Soros was featured on 60 Minutes. The focus at that time was his involvement in and apparent leadership role in the global drug trade. It sank without a trace and Soros was never heard of publically for a couple of decades thereafter.
But in the interim the international drug trade has flourished with huge infusions of money from unknown sources, protection from prosecution from foreign governments, and organized power to the point where it now rivals actual governments in latin America and Afghanistan.
My guess is, these countries he identifies are not playing ball like they are supposed to.
Hmmm... unfortunately, these may be the funding source/allies of seceding states if it comes to that.
Soros is the international pimp extraordinaire, no different from the guy they jailed today Bernie Madoff.
Russia has fought 4 major wars with Iran and defeated them every time. Soros knows nothing about the region except how to hoodwink money out of willing and unwilling victims.

Even in Soviet times public opinion about USA was much better, there was great interest to American literature, cinema, science; but humanitarian disaster inflicted by Yeltsyn rule with American advisers help and Soros among them convinced Russian people, that main goal of US is destroying Russia, extermination of populace, and robbing its natural resources. There is deep belief, that all actions of USA are directed to this primary goal - supporting Wahhabism and terrorism on Caucasus, helping to Albanian terrorists to kill Serbs, pushing NATO eastward, antimissile shield. Homegrown democrats and liberals are regarded as fifth columnists, they are named dermocrats (shitocrats) and liberasts; Western democracy and human rights agenda is regarded as pretext for intrusion in internal affairs and destroying of national economy. Moreover, feeling of threat from USA made Stalin incredibly popular, because of growing weakness revives nostalgia about times, when criminality and corruption was almost zero in comparison with today’s Russia, everybody had job and shelter, fast growing economy, and no traitors in Kremlin.
