A couple of years ago, “Mad TV” did some skits about Sesame Street during hard times.

Thank you.
I have first hand experience how devastatingly quickly "they" can unravel good, Christian values.
My kids are OK, but incremental, creeping evil just sneaks up on them and me.
I never truly digested how insidious evil is until the last couple of years ... and that comprehension is SO connected to the politics of America.
I have a sincere appreciation for the prayer/plea, "God ... bless America."

Did some work for Children’s Television Workshop years ago.
You would be shocked to see their opulent offices. No expense spared.
To think that this entity is subsidized with taxpayer funds is ludicrous. Their licensing brought them hundreds of millions of dollars over the years.

This is not entirely on point; but, a while ago I remember that they decided to rate the older eps of SS because there were things in there that were simply not PC enough. Can't have the Cookie Monster eating cookies, ya know. Here is the article:
Parental Warnings on Older Episodes of Sesame Street
To: knarf
After I was warned about the insidious assumptions and creeping evil in EVERY bit of information in our society,
I chose to conduct my own (ongoing) worldview research and study. It has really opened my eyes and increased my discernment.
And I will continue this study and discernment for the rest of my life, because I do NOT intend to let it creep into my kids through me.
