Another day, another round in the battle between Jim Cramer and Jon Stewart. Lets do a quick recap before proceeding to todays skirmish. As reported here, last week on Today Cramer accused Pres. Obama of the the greatest wealth destruction Ive seen by a president. In retaliation, Jon Stewart, playing the good Obama foot soldier, has tried to undermine Cramers credibility by playing clips on the Daily Show of Cramers less-than-spot-on stock recommendations. Cramer has fired back, including in this lengthy column.
OK, stage set. With Cramer and fellow CNBCer Erin Burnett as guests this morning, Meredith Vieira observed that Warren Buffett had said the economy has fallen off a cliff. Cramer joshed that the Obama admin should attack Buffett as they had the little guys, a reference to himself and the way White House press secretary Robert Gibbs had gone after him. It was Merediths response that really touched things off . . .

The bad news is that there is no bread.. There's $800 billion of bread (just called "stimulus") for others in today's jargon. Just no bread for thee and me.

Say, that reminds me: I think Garofalo was missing on last night’s 24. A relief.

Do you think Ethan Kanin, the President’s chief of staff is a bad guy plotting against her? I’m thinking yes.

WTH? Jon Stewart is a Comedian. I don't think so. Don't you have to be funny to be a comedian? Stewart is kinda like a slightly younger Letterman and just about as funny. Fake news, fake comedian.

Speaking of Al Franken..it would be fascinating to hold another election for that debacle....I believe Coleman would win in a landslide just based on the last two months. And the Dems know it.

Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert are smarmy little pricks trying to emulate the cowardly Bolshevik comedians like Maher, etal that are scared to parody the One!I wouldn't watch either of them if they had the only show on the tube!

What we're seeing is not healthy partisanship; it is the totalitarian mindset that makes certain people the enemy. When the executive branch in a time of peace goes after individual citizens with this type of venom, it's a very frightening sign. If Reagan, Bush I, or Bush II had done this the lame stream media would have been after them. As it is, they assist the intolerant nut we've elected.

Should Al Franken become a US Senator, Stewart has the perfect qualifications to be his chief of staff.Do US Senators (snarf, snarf) have chiefs of staves?
More like chiefs of knaves.

WTH? Jon Stewart is a Comedian. Conflation of "comedy" and "news". (Well the MSM news are already a joke.) Plus, he has writers who make up all the fake news and ridicule.
Seriously, by himself is he any better than Obama?, a talented teleprompter reader?

I only watch those shows (breifly) for two reasons.
1. To see what kind of garbarge a third of America is lapping up.
2. So I can send a tiny message by changing the channel when they start their BS.

BTW, Jon S is the biggest, unfunny hack, self-loathing jew on the boob tube. I cannot stand that smarmy ass-hat!’
At the moment I forget who, but I saw Colbert absolutely destroy some lefty one night, so I give him a slight pass most of the time. Still can’t watch on a regular basis.
