My father-in-law has enjoined the Philip Berg suit, questioning President Barack Hussein Obama's eligibility to be President, based on principle and patriotism. John Hemenway is a World War II veteran, a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy (class of 1951) and a Rhodes Scholar. He served in the Foreign Service in the former Soviet Union and in Germany as Chief of the Berlin section.
Mr. Obama's lawyers are now threatening my 84-year-old father-in-law, through Judge Robertson, with penalties of legal fees for pursuing the truth about Mr. Obama's birth. This threat of financial sanctions is meant to silence all of us who remain unsatisfied with equivocations by the Obama camp about his legal qualifications to become President, and to punish us for pursuing our Constitutionally-guaranteed right to redress.

Any who watch Olbermann or Mathews (as if they aren’t lost already) are just summarily dismissed as “wacko”.
I’ve said it from the beginning, they are trying to lump people who want to KNOW (not take a signature as word) that he is constitutionally eligible as 09/11 truthers, UFO chasers and Bigfoot hunters. Even quite a few reputable Freepers who seem to go out of their way to go into every COLB thread and stir up the same old arguments that have been debunked for months.

or someone who believes the official statements of the state of Hawaii, which states Obama’s certificate of birth is on file.
There are peculiarities to Hawaiian law that raise legitimate questions as to whether this authentic birth certificate was issued by the State of Hawaii.
Release the thing and be done with it. Why is that so hard?
He made his decision to hook up with Berg, he should be prepared to live with it. Berg made his case to the court in October and that case was dismissed. Trying the same tactics over and over again in light of the earlier court's decision is frivilous and the courts can levy sanctions if they decide they are called for.
Having it “on file” is not the same as saying it is a valid HAWAIAN bc.
If it is so innoccuous, show it and be done with it.

Exactly where does she affirm Mr. Obama’s eligibility?
That no matter where he was born, his mother gives him citizenship status, which is untrue, she was not old enough.
That factcheck.org “proved” that he actually had a valid Certification of Live Birth, but a Freepers actually photoshopped several “seals” on the same image showing that anyone could do the same.

Not her job to affirm or deny elgibility. She affirms the presence of a birth certificate.
We had a choice in the last election. We chose poorly. Fix it next time.
Likewise, his passport and records from schools showing his claimed citizenship, religion, etc. are mysteriously "unavailable" also.
This guy was planted, groomed, and FUNDED for this agenda, and the publik is duped by the 2-year MSM propoganda promotion (which continues today).

Not one single case has been heard on its merits. None has ever got the point of discovery. The simple truth is that the JUDGES are running for cover and refusing to hear the cases.
