Is it just me, or is there a guy dressed up like Jack Sparrow in here?
Yesterday I thought they said it was 15,000
Isn’t this actually in the city of Fullerton in Orange County, CA... south of LA?

Yes LOL
And he did a pretty good job at it, too :)
Dang! That’s right up there with a Palin Rally! Good job.
That’s really good to see, nice looking crowd, decent looking, obviously TAX PAYERS!! It would be so great to see these numbers at all tea parties and maybe we will!
I really think the county should have to buy your property for what they appraise and tax it at , if after 6 months you can’t sell for that price.
BTW, I’ve noticed some of the LA rallies have been listed on Yelp.
Bump! We need a lot more of this all across the country!!
TAX REVOLT!!
OFF with their heads!!
nice turnout. Great news!!!
All I can say is beautiful and well done. They should all be like this.
What is the significance of people dressed like crayons, or wearing a crayon necklace??
On second thought after reading and viewing it completely, it appears to be more of a beat down of Arnold than a porkulus revolt.
I don’t understand a whole lot about Calif. politics and I have a question. I watched the video and I see a lot of people ticked off at Arnold, understandbly so, but why is there nothing I could see directed towards Obama? Did I just miss it?
This from the article at:

Police estimated that some 8,000 people came to the Slidebar Café in downtown Fullerton to listen to The John &Ken Show.
“I expected a lot and it was way more than I expected,” said co-host John Kobylt.
The talk show hosts put forward an ambitious goal for their Tax Revolt 2009 live broadcast that ran for more than three hours.
“The purpose is to vote down Prop 1A on May 19 because it’s a two-year tax extension,” said Kobylt. “The purpose is to tell people how their Republican legislators lie about their votes. The purpose is to get support to recall Schwarzennegger, (Assemblyman) Anthony Adams, (Assemblyman) Jeff Miller, and everybody else.”
Ill explain the crayons.
On Feb 25th, 2009, a Los Angeles Times columnist James Rainey wrote an article bashing John and Ken and their opposition to the new taxes resulting from the CA state budget. He called their views simplistic.
James Raineys article was titled, A state budget analysis written with crayons. Hence crayons.
And put them on a stick!
Didn't see any Blacks there (Or very, very few).
Now, on pain of being called Racist, what do you think would be the case if 8-15K Black Protesters gathered in one place. Can fights, stabbings, shootings and lootings be far behind?
Wait until this Summer, then the real fireworks will begin IMO.
It wasn’t a porkulus revolt. It’s a rally to get rid of all the GOP in the California legislature.

The people are mad about the tax increases voted through by the CA Republicans and want them all recalled.
