“Rush has a BIG microphone.”

And nothing to lose and everything to gain from this fight.

Yet not a peep about the “swimmer” title or graphics Rush uses.

Brian Wolff, executive director of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, called the remark "outrageous" and "reprehensible".

Okay, Mr. Wolff. Why???

Is it offensive to you that a national health care bill might be named for Teddy Kennedy? It sure as hell is offensive to liberals. The bill, that is. Not who it might be named for.

Or is it offensive to you that a conservative spokesman might utter the words "Teddy Kennedy". If so, how should Limbaugh have referred to him? As the "drunken Senator from Massachusetts who is responsible for drowning a young staffer"?

Good Lord! These people are impossible.

Rush wasn’t joking. He was serious. We all know they are going to roll Kennedy around wherever possible to promote universal health care. He would never use such a thing for the commoners, even if it was available, but that won’t stop the dems from not letting a “serious crisis go to waste.”

This feigned indignance is just a continuation of Obama’s following Saul Alinsky’s Rule #12.

"but no, they did NOT want a response from him in time that they would go to press with the story. "

Let me re-write that

but no, they did NOT want a response from him in time before they went to press with the story.

I’m no fan of Mr. Limbaugh’s show,

You have been on this forum for a long time so you are obviously a good conservative. I'm curious why you are not a fan of his show.

A lot of dead brain cells in Ted’s head. Another prayer for Mary Jo.

I think we all remember the Wellstone funeral. The elected Dems have no respect for life. Are’t too many people that would have the guts to say on record exacty what their plans are because no one wants to believe anyone would be so ghoulish. But, sure, if Ted could just manage to die during the middle of the push for government health care they’d be secretly celebrating the timing. Rush knows it. We know it. The American people may not know it but Rush is pre-empting the plan by saying this now. Hence the screeching by the buzzards for being called out on it.

I wish they would call him on air, and he would take the call so he could LHAO on air!! That is the worst of all things, you can do to these people, is laugh at them. The harder the laugh the angrier they get.

They all wailed and moaned when Rush talked about Michael J. Fox not taking his meds to make a more dramatic commerical for stem cell research.

He was right then, and he is right now.

That said, I hope Senator Kennedy has a miracle recovery because I don’t wish that kind of suffering on anyone.

The Swimmer is getting the very best care money can buy. Mary Jo Kopechne drowned without a finger being lifted on her behalf, while Teddy and the family advisors plotted their coverup.

Any suffering Teddy may be going through now is nothing compared to what he faces where he is going.

If the dems do introduce a bill with Ted Kennedy’s name on it, some republican should tack on a rider that says any time the name “Kennedy” is used in the original verbiage, the name “Nugent” shall be substituted in its stead.

That would chap a few hides. Make the bill switch from the Chappaquiddick Swimmer to the Motor City Madman.
