...Sarah Brown gave Sasha and Malia Obama an outfit each from Topshop, which has just opened its first American store in New York. She also picked six children's books by British authors which are shortly to be published in America.
In return, the Obamas gave the Browns two models of the presidential helicopter, Marine One, to take home to sons Fraser and John...
Winnie would not want to be a witness to the atrocities being committed by this pretender.
Actually a complete set of the state quarters would have been a better choice - at least it has some relevance to American history and is a collector's item.
There won't be many of them if the UK.
That's it!!! I've been trying to remember which uppity female dog Michelle reminded me of and you triggered my memory........... Omarosa!
First lady Omarosa Obama, ha ha ha ha ha....................
Or this?
He could have given them some of the cheaply made Obama quarters.
Apparently the British press disagrees with you, they’ve been hysterical about it all day. But let us know what you do care about and we’ll try to do better.
And all of the “Ernest Goes to Hollywood” et al movies.
What is this i read about the obama’s returning a gift of a bust of Winston Churchill back to England?
lol
Great Idea!
How about just a set of Obama Dinner plates?
Autographed of course.
What is this i read about the obamas returning a gift of a bust of Winston Churchill back to England?
Now, if it were a bust of Neville Chamberlain, BO probably would have had it placed more prominently in the office.
BTW, for those in Rio Linda (or who voted for Obama), “solipsistic” , according to dictionary.com, means “extreme preoccupation with and indulgence of one’s feelings, desires, etc.; egoistic self-absorption.” (there’s no truth that Obama’s picture appeared next to the definition)
I remember one Robin Williams using four letter words in front of an audience including young children. Quoth Williams:
"My! we have learned new words today.
Well, so have some of us. Going to Wiki, one definition was something to the effect, that "my mind is the only thing that I know exists". There may be better definitions. . I think I have one possible explanation, I do not discount a political motive though.
There are rich and successful people and rich and successful people. One group shows what is called "noblesse oblige". That is to say a gracious acceptance of their position and this usually goes with a tact and kindness to those lesser than them.
Now there are people who have come up to some extent from lesser backgrounds. They become rich and successful. A characteristic of some is a sort of cheapness. Cheapness in paying help, yet throwing away large sums on frippery. Extravagant meals which they cannot hope to finish. White elephant collector items and so on.
This is a trait which I have observed. Yet these people are held in the highest regard. I wonder what Scotsman Gordon Brown said later? Coming from the land where hospitality is well known.
Heck of a job there, Urkel.
Sounds like my in-laws.
Gone With the Wind and The General? Obama must be a Kluxer.
The list was probably run thru a focus group of all segments of society before the final list was made and ordered...(eye roll).
Obama probably hasn’t seen most of those movies....LOL
