Illegals should not even be here, much less attend our schools.
They tried to pull this crap here in MA a couple of times and now we have a whackjob dem/lib gov, an obama clone, in fact this guy ran on the “together we can” platform and he’s the one that told obama to use “yes we can”, anyway, this clown wants to give illegals driver’s licenses. It’s just a matter of time...........
And many probably don't realize that the “in-state tuition” is heavily subsidized.

This makes me sick! In 1975, My mother volunteered me to drive a Vietnam refugee from the end of his night class at UT-D to his apt that had been furnished by our church. In conversation with the man, I found he already HAD 3 degrees from Paris (middle aged too) and was working on his MASTERS at taxpayers expense. What really ticked me off was that I knew people who had been turned down for aid money but this guy got a full grant. He arrived in country AFTER the deadline for application, but he was in school very quickly after getting off the boat! My mom never did understand WHY I was so unhappy about this guy.
The last line says what should be done if this passes.
“Sen. David Schultheis, R-Colorado Springs, has been outspoken against in-state tuition for illegal immigrants and has said he will actively find out-of-state students to challenge the effort in court if it becomes law.”
Tuition is heavily subsidized by federal taxpayer funds and state funds. If illegals are allowed to get in-state tuition, then they should be forced to pay their back taxes to help fund it and only if they apply for legal status here. This is theft from taxpayers.

If a college receives and spends government funds in the form of local, state or federal grants, subsidies, services, etc., that indicates they spend more per student than the student pays in tuition.
So the cost differential of educating each student is made up with taxpayer money, extorted by threat of punishment, and given to the college to subsidize students, including illegals, without the taxpayer having any choice at all in the matter.
Why can’t high schools make qualifying for and attaining citizenship a requirement of graduation? The requirements are very minimal — learn basic English and Civics.
So why are so many blue states having budget problems? Arnold?
Why stop at in state tuition for illegals? What about a reduced rate ski pass? Maybe a reduced rate mortgage? Oh I forgot, many illegals already received morgages which they could not repay. What per cent of defaulted loans were owned by illegals?

Don’t know if they’ve changed the law yet, but when I was in the Air Force in Colorado Springs, I had to change my residency to CO if I wanted the in-state rate; ditto for my dependents. Yet, the libtards there want to give it to illegals.
