Correct me if I’m wrong, but wouldn’t these DC area kids be mostly of a certain race? This seems counterproductive for the Dems to me. Maybe I’m reading it wrong.

Gotta keep the natives angry . . . that way the Dems can blame the Republicans. And Steele will go along with it, the RINO

I suppose...but the parent quoted in the article doesn't sound too happy.

Yes, and it's known as "poetic justice."

The amazing this about this issue is what I read in the Washington Pest masthead editorial today about it:

"Tell her, as critics claim, that vouchers don't work, and she'll list her children's improved test scores, feeling of safety and improved motivation."

"But the debate unfolding on Capitol Hill isn't about facts. It's about politics and the stranglehold the teachers unions have on the Democratic Party."

Can you believe that -- and in the Pest no less.

You are giving the dems too much credit for being logical. Dems live in a destructive world all by themselves.

With the zero as their Messiah and president they will eat all the excrement that is shoveled their way and then worship the zero for doing it. And then vote to put ‘Rats in power again.

I wonder if the Obama girls, who go to Sidwell Friends, will miss any of their classmates who have to return to DC public schools?
