Exactly. There will be conditions attached to this money. Israel will have to sign a 7 year peace contract to get it. It's a false peace. Oboma will promise to protect them militarily, but when they're attacked, Oboma will watch in glee. (Remember, the false Messiah and self proclamed savior of the world spent his life as a Muslim). This is the move that sets the stage for Armageddon.
