Sorry to ask but can you summarize. Every time George speaks the video goes into buffer and starts over.

Might as well be a repudiation of the Founding Fathers, those giants whose Constitutional creation it is that this generation of governmental midgets are trashing.

What exactly did he say that repudiated Rush? I really don’t want to watch an 8 1/2 minute video to find out that the topic of the clip is only 30 seconds long.

Be a happy time in America when PRAVDA goes broke and off the air.

And what’s the point here?

People know nothing about economics.

61% think Obama can handle the economy as opposed to 26% trusting Republicans? I don’t think the Republicans have it perfect, but Obama’s plan is a nightmare repeat of the Great Depression and FDR’s New Deal debacle.

Eric cares more about his job than the country. What else is new?

Can you summarize what he said? Or is it yet another taking out of content crap to divide and conquer the Republican party?

Has there ever been a party as inept as the current Republican party?

Tone deaf and sniveling, what a disgrace.

Either he is oblivious to the threat Obama poses or he is simply yet another Republican the Washington is about to swallow. My guess is he is simply afraid and like most of them up he is more worried about his own reelection than with what happens to America on his watch. I thought he could have been one of the future leaders the Republican Party, someone we could look to for leadership, but he proved me wrong.

I know Rush.

I don’t know Cantor.

I now know Obama, and if Rush Kicks Obama around, I’m for Rush.

why are you peddling this tiny clip and helping to promote the DNC’s new strategy for dividing the Repub party ????
This is just a carefully crafted comment that might be taken out of context ???
So what is your real agenda here ??

I’m about two-thirds of the way through and I don’t see a repudiation yet, Cantor was being political in the way he spoke, but he didn’t repudiate Limbaugh.

Rush was very right. Conservatives must get their message out, and the Republican party needs to be controlled by Conservatives, if it has any hope of righting the wrongs Obama is doing to the nation.

If not, then living in Costa Rica would be a better option.

Until Obama requires US exit visas.

The US diaspora is about to begin? The stock market already has it ongoing.

ANyone with even a slim ounce of sense can see the Rush Limbaugh argument for the truth that it is.

Self evident.

I watched this whole thing, and I thought Cantor’s answer was quite fair. Elected leaders of the House can’t get caught saying they want this guy to fail. Most of Cantor’s comments were good. He should be stronger on how bad the Obama plan is for America. Attack the plans, not the man.

As someone else said here, the poll shown (ABC news), showing that 61% think Obama is working with the other side is incredible. We are dealing with pure ignorance out there right now. We need some strong leaders asap to start impacting public opinion. Cantor and the House leadership is operating well in Washington right now, but someone needs to get into a position to start speaking out to the people and stop this tide of public opinion. It has to be someone big time, too. To get through this media blockade is going to be a real challenge, and it will take a big personality to do it.

I don't think he repudiated Rush at all. He was asked a typically leading question from a liberal "journalist" (i.e. - a Democrat political operative) as to whether he agreed with Rush's approach of "wanting Obama to fail", and he answered by saying that it was "absolutely not" his approach. That is not the same thing as "repudiation" of Rush Limbaugh.

Cantor is a congressman in a position of responsibility where he cannot say the kinds of things that Rush Limbaugh says, even if he agrees with them. In this instance, he was very clear about his support for free markets and smaller government, and that Obama's "appraoch" was one with which he strongly disagreed.

Wasn’t little Eric at BO’s stupid and mis-named “Responsibility Summit,” letting himself be used as a prop for The One’s claim of “bipartisanship”?
Hey, maybe he can replace John McCain someday as the Dems favorite doormat Republican.
