A Pennsylvania company that monitors peer-to-peer file-sharing networks discovered a potentially serious security breach involving President Obama's helicopter, Marine One, NBC affiliate WPXI in Pittsburgh reported.
Sensitive information about Marine One was reportedly found by Tiversa employees at an IP address in Tehran.
Tiversa CEO Bob Boback said a defense contractor in Bethesda, Md., had a file sharing program on one of their systems that contained highly sensitive blueprints for Marine One and financial information about the cost of the helicopter.

Blueprints are meaningless for security of an aircraft
Frequencies, types of electronic equipment are, but a shoulder fired missile doesn’t care. It only cares about the flares and Jamming systems
What is going ON these days?
If those blueprints have managed to make it on the internet, it kind of makes you wonder what else is floating around out there in cyberspace that could be more critical.
Someones head should roll for this and the defense contractor should be reviewed thoroughly before being allowed to bid on more contracts. This also makes me wonder just how pervasive a problem this is. How many top secret documents are in file sharing programs unwittingly, or even wittingly for that matter.
There better be.
Sad thing is, I think there’s going to be a bigger fallout since it involves obama, the chosen one, than if it involved Bush.
Agreed completely. It is trivially easy for companies to lock down computers of any kind so that users cannot install their own applications.
This also makes me wonder just how pervasive a problem this is.
Given the size of the federal government, we should assume this problem is widespread and pervasive.
Great. I wonder what else is in enemy hands. With these nitwits in power, I fear that there will be many more security breaches.
Don’t forget - Obama inherited this, too.
Will anyone go to jail for this? Let me guess....
That is how the current system works, isn't it?
Just a little too convenient, in my book.
I question the timing as well. He’s also talking this recession into The Great Depression v.2 just to push through all his commie ideas.
Gee, my concern for Husseins safety knows no bounds. Whatever would the nation and the world do without him! So ya think the blueprints will be published in the NY Times? Along with an article railing about the price?
This could be the straw that breaks the camel’s back for this misbegotten, absurdly expensive program.
Hmmm...what Bethesda-based company could this be? Surely not the prime contractor, right?
Wesley Clark advises them? Interesting.

Glenn Beck mentioned this situation during the last half hour of Mon radio show. Says he will address it on TV tonight.
