“Mitt is a businessman not a career politician.”
By 2012 he will have his twenty in and can retire.
Sounds career to me, he never wins but he is becoming the permanent candidate.
It’s a legitimate question, Norm, and you know it. Why don’t you answer it ? What about the Maucks, Norm ? Or are victims of Slick Willard’s standard operating procedure something you wish to cover up ? No Slick Willardbot gives a DAMN about them. An “inconvenient truth” telling us exactly what took precedence in Slick Willard’s world. His expensive lunch at Ruth’s Chris was more important than keeping pro-criminal liberals off the bench and releasing animals to murder innocent people. And that’s what you want as President, Norm.
Over my dead body.
It’s sad McCain lost. I doubt another Vietnam vet will get the chance to be POTUS.
Puke.
Anyone that knowa anything about him won’t vote for him!
Rush endorses no one however he has said good things about Romney as well. DeMint and Bork are heavy hitters.
And you don’t give a damn about Brian and Beverly Mauck, either. If they were your relatives, would you care then ? I doubt it, your devotion to your idol overwhelms all sense of right and wrong. Just sweep it under the rug just like you sweep every other despicable thing he does under it.
Then it must be asked: what about those who got less than 20%? That does not an argument make.
I believe you’re right. I just wish there were people out there w/ a lil name recognition that could take his place. Judge Andrew Napolitano, possibly?
There will be many fewer who drink the Romney Kool-Aide than did the McCain Kool-Aide. If it comes to him as the nominee in 2012, it assures Dim control.
20% of the vote? And this makes him the candidate?
Please. This is the Old GOP redux. Romney is a RINO, and all this means is that all the RINOs voted for him, while the real conservative vote was diluted by having several good candidates.
Can Romney. Let’s not make the McCain mistake again by running the Old GOP.
Pathetic and weak, and you know it, Norm. You deny HIS appointee, a KNOWN pro-criminal liberal, could’ve been kept off the bench had he actually spent more than a couple minutes reviewing the record. Fact is, he didn’t care, just like you don’t care. He only cared when their brutal murders happened to come in the midst of his Presidential campaign and the EMBARRASSMENT it caused HIM. Slick Willard put people’s lives in danger, and his lunch at Ruth’s Chris was more important than the Maucks. That’s what Slick Willard stands for. A sad, pathetic liberal phony who destroys everything he touches.
Is Napolitano as rabidly pro-freedom as Paul? Because that’s important.
Agreed, it doesn’t mean $hit.
But I’m afraid that it does raise questions... Why can’t the GOP get a “star” or at least someone with “star power”.
Isn’t there someone (new) who is willing to step up?
Bork’s an old man who was lied to. Just like Slick Willard has lied to every well-meaning Conservative to get their support for his abortion of a candidacy.
Thanks, what’s that?
Sure it does! It shows very clearly that getting Obama elected hasn't taught a lot of voters anything. It shows that there are still lots and lots of voters with the attitude if they don't play my way then I'm taking my ball and going home. It shows clearly how an absolute zero like Obama can get elected to the most powerful office in the world. It shows that there aren't enough of us willing to play the game in such a way that we live to play again.
Here we are nearly four years from the next election and a simple straw poll brings out all the people who insist on a perfect candidate. Perfection is all they will settle for. Not good or better, but perfection. And when someone who is less qualified than the poorest candidate their Party could have fielded is elected by the other side they bitch and moan about where the country is going.
It shows that we'll probably suffer the same damn thing next election cycle. It's the party of the My Way or No Way voters. They want a five dollars, someone offers them three dollars and they settle for less than one dollar.
It's certainly there right and I have no qualms with those who consider it a badge of courage to take the dollar rather than settle for three with the hopes of getting more in the future.
That picture is ancient. Mitt never donated to them, his wife did.
