I just went to Amazon and checked out ‘Spoon River Anthology.’ It looks like a really good book, I think I’ll get a copy. Thanks for the heads up!
It’s a fast read - the chapters are brief stories about people in the local cemetery. Tho I’m one of Amazon’s biggest customers : ), it’s a pretty old book and your library probably has it.
