Oh, come on. You can’t trust an obese person.........wow. Then why do you listen to him, he is still obese on the radio. As a woman I say he is one handsome dude.

"Rush Limbaughs first address to the nation."
One could argue that he's been doing those for twenty years, fifteen hours a week.
I get the podcasts on my iPhone and listen to them while driving or on planes. When he's running at 100% of his game, there's none better. Hell, when he's running at 50% steam, there's still none better, and his average throttle is about 80%. Which means: there's none better.
Imagine sitting down at a microphone and launching into three hours of monologue and talk, a capella, no script, certainly no teleprompter, just stuff you've gathered from newspapers, magazines and the Internet. Three hours of flawless exposition, grammar, diction and construction, with lots of varied word usage and a flair for texture and flow. Add a dash of devilish humor and gleeful playfulness, always leavened by optimism. I'd wager that after three hours you'd be a droning basket case, just this side of uncontrollable sobs. I know I would be. Now do that every weekday for twenty years, taking time off for the occasional vacation and illness. After twenty years, you must still be fresh and original and witty and topical and unique. Oh: and now do it totally deaf.
He achieves it, I'm convinced, because he has a set of bedrock principles that makes it easy. There's a lesson there. I agree with him about 85% of the time, and admire him 100%. There may be other radio hosts with whom I'm politically better aligned, but none I'd rather listen to. The guy is an astonishing talent, sui generis.

I wish hed run for president! He actually has nearly as much political power as does the President. He needs to stay right where he is.

No wonder our country's in trouble. 5:00 EST would have been very helpful. Do you have any clue how many time zones are logged in at FreeRepublic at any given time or even how many people don't have a clue what time 1700 is? AM-PM wouldn't be necessary because most people have enough logic to know Rush won't be speaking at CPAC at 5:00 AM.
Thanks anyway.
