What a blatant exercise of censorship. Anyone know anymore about this story? Was it covered in October of 2008?

That night at work, Wahlberg received a message stating that the campus police requested his presence. The correct response is "I"ll show up as soon as you show me a duly constituted Warrant, supported by oath or affirmation, and signed by a judge or magistrate. Until then, piss off rent-a-cop."

Walhberg needs a lawyer, and this prof needs to be sent packing. He was called to the campus police station because he dared use his 1st Amendment rights to affirm his belief in the 2nd Amendment? Either something is missing in this story, or this kid has been railroaded in the worst possible way.

If you cant talk about the Second Amendment, what happened to the First Amendment? asked Sara Adler, president of the Riflery and Marksmanship club on campus. After all, a university campus is a place for the free and open exchange of ideas. What a naive creature that Sara Adler is.

After all, a university campus is a place for the free and open exchange of ideas.
Which is apparently run by people who believe in neither.

After all, a university campus is a place for the free and open exchange of ideas. Sure, as long as the ideas exchanged "freely" and "openly" are in line with the establishment. What a crock. No wonder graduates come out without a clue as to their rights.
