Wish I had known. Was thinking about loudly asking if there were any FReepers there, but I’m not really a speak-up kind of person. I hang out and watch and participate when directly asked to....usually. :)

At noon, downtown Tampa had a Tea Party too, at the Federal Building. About 125 people showed up waving signs and chanting at traffic. The local TV stations were there. I was interviewed by WMNF, a local nonprofit radio station. There were a number of Ron Paul Libertarians that attended, whom I judged to out number the traditional Republicans. Two Republican candidates for office showed up - Mel Jurado (running for state committeewoman) and Eddie Adams (running for congress). A couple of the Ron Paul men wore colonial attire.
Keep up the good work, and keep the pressure on. Our freedom is at stake.

Hey, who's that gorgeous hunk on the side of the picture. Dark hair, dark blue shirt, black pants? Arms folded, glasses. Looks like he's from Boston? I'd sure like to marry him. ;-)

Is Tampa having another protest any time soon. My daughter wants to know and I may come with her. We’re about 40 miles away in Polk County.

Ok, this is in addition to the Bud Hedinger fest on 21 March?
100 people showing is GOOD!

That’s right. This one was not the one that he talks about on his program.

Since you were there too, did you ever figure out who the second guy to speak was? I had moved to the back of the group by then and I couldn’t hear him and someone in the audience had struck up a conversation with me so I didn’t try to get closer.
